Description
 
82cc big bore kit with BBR custom aluminum cylinder and camshaft. The quickest way to increase the power of your CRF/XR50.  We've tried all the big bore kits on the market and chose to make ours 82cc.  The piston lasts longer, runs cooler, and still makes a huge performance boost.  Plus you don't smoke the clutch in 3 laps. Our cylinder even has the cast in "skid plate mounts" (unlike most other aftermarket big bore cylinders).

  • Custom aluminum cylinder (with "BBR" logo cast in)
  • 10.5:1 compression piston with pin, clips, and rings
  • Includes base and head gaskets
  • High performance camshaft for CRF/XR50 head
  • Cylinder has cast in mounts (like stock) for aftermarket skid plates
